Legal terms & conditions as well as payment and cancellation policies
There are no refunds for services that have already been paid for (individual sessions, multi-week programs, group coaching, online courses, workshops or retreats).
The service is paid for in advance. By individual agreement, it is possible to pay the amount in installments within the coaching period.
All appointments for 1:1 and group coaching take place for the agreed duration (5, 8 or 12 weeks). A maximum of 2-3 appointments can be postponed. Agreed exceptions determine a new rule.
There are no replacement appointments for missed sessions if they are not rescheduled in good time (up to 24 hours before the session). If the coach reschedules a session, the appointment will be rescheduled.
Goodwill arrangements
In exceptional cases (e.g. illness or unforeseeable events), the coach may offer a one-off postponement of the appointment at their own discretion. This is a voluntary gesture of goodwill and does not constitute a legal claim.
Agreements for coaching, workshops and retreats
The coaching takes place on the basis of the preparatory consultation between the parties.
Coaching takes place online or in person by arrangement.
It is based on cooperation, appreciation and mutual trust.
The coach Jessyca Haas:
- is subject to a duty of confidentiality and is obliged not to disclose any confidential information to outside third parties
- will explain the coaching methods and techniques used at each stage of the coaching and point out possible risks and outcomes
- points out in this context that coaching is a free, active and
is a self-responsible process and a certain success cannot be promised - is at the coachee's side as a process companion and as support for their own decisions and changes.
The coachee recognizes:
- that he/she is fully responsible for his/her own physical and mental health during the coaching, both during the individual sessions and during the time between individual sessions
- that he/she declares his/her willingness to actively participate in the coaching program and to assume personal responsibility and autonomy and that he/she undertakes to do so
- that all steps and measures carried out by him in the course of the coaching are solely within his own area of responsibility
- that all coaching documents made available are exclusively for his personal use and may not be reproduced or passed on to third parties.
Differentiation from therapy & other medical treatments
Coaching is not psychotherapy or curative treatment and is not intended to replace these. Coaching requires normal mental and physical resilience. In the case of complaints with disease value, the coachee is requested to seek help in
seek medical treatment and inform the coach.
